1. Who we are

Nuri (nurioracle.com, the “Service”) is operated by Dochi Company (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is

Nuri provides personality and destiny readings derived from your birth date, time, and place, rooted in the traditional Korean Saju system, along with compatibility readings and friend rankings. All readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on a reading.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use readings. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to manipulate rankings, or violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & billing

Payments are processed by PayPal (paypal.com); we never see or store your card details. We offer: (a) one-time unlocks for a full personal reading and for each compatibility reading (one payment unlocks one pair), and (b) an optional monthly subscription for the daily reading, which you can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before checkout. Unlocked readings are saved to your account for repeat viewing.

5. Refunds

If a purchase fails to deliver (for example, a technical error prevented your reading from being generated), contact us within 14 days and we will make it right — with a replacement or a refund. Because readings are personalized digital content delivered immediately, refunds for delivered readings are otherwise granted at our reasonable discretion and where required by applicable consumer law.

6. Your content & conduct

When you submit names or birth details of another person (for compatibility or friend rankings), you confirm you have their permission. Friend-ranking participants are shown a notice that their entry is visible to the ranking’s owner. Don’t submit unlawful, abusive, or impersonating content; we may remove entries and restrict access.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and generated readings, is owned by or licensed to Dochi Company. You may share your own readings and share cards for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dochi Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
